Today is a Win for the US Constitution
As you may know, today a Federal Court Judge in Virginia ruled that ObamaCare is unconstitutional. While we know this is the first victory in a long process to repeal ObamaCare and there will be many more battles before the final victory, enjoy this ruling today and enjoy the fact that Judge Henry E. Hudson has sided with Constitution! Be sure to extend your appreciation to Virginia Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli who filed this suit on behalf of the State of Virginia.
