Also , whats your opinion on the Surge Nubret method of training?
That being moderate weights for high reps(about 20 - 25) and high sets (40 sets) with minimal rest in between...he says with this type of training you dont need cardio
Apparently TomPlatz used to do 40 -50 rep squats
whats your opinion on the high reps vs Heavy with low reps ??
