Yet again, once a position of great trust and respect, is reduced to a corrupt and calculated political appointment.
Undoubtedly, for the past fifty-years, a seat upon the U.S. "Supreme Court has been cunningly re-defined
as a lurking ideological residual and a lasting political component to the appointee's benefactor.
The sinister removal of prayer in Public Schools? The slaughter of nearly fifty-million unborn babies?
The "protection" and "marriage" of Adam and Steve? All perpetrated under The Lie: We do not use The Law, to legislate.

The mockery of this week's confirmation hearings, still another, intelligence-insulting, glorified "Coming Out" party.
Kagan, not unlike Sonya "Settled Law" Sotomayor and all the others, whom maintain a special-interest serving agenda,
craftily and arrogantly defied the "proceedings", with non-answer, after non-answer.
Meanwhile, career politicians such as Lindsay Graham, Amy Klobuchar, and others, continued to betray their own
constituents, in their transparent commitment to, above all, their own political self-preservation.
